Ginning and bales formation:

Ginning is one of the vital steps in our process chain. Here is where the seeds, dusts particles or short fibers form the raw material are removed. In order to avoid the contamination of human hair, the workers are provided with caps and aprons. After ginning, the cotton is compressed to the standard density on fully automated bale pressing machines. All our bales are fully covered with cotton fabric and other approved packing materials in order to obtain a bale of cotton. We have ginning units in the states of Maharastra and Madhya Pradesh

Spinning :

We market 100% Organic cotton yarn produced at state-of-art spinning unit, situated near Indore , with the latest machinery and technology. We Produce and Market the following types and counts of Yarn.

Knitting and weaving:

The cotton yarn can be used for the formation of textile. Indeed, we possess knitting and weaving unit equipped with German machineries. The weaving will give a tissue rather solid while the knitting will give it some elasticity.

Testing Laboratory

Before the importation of our products, we test them in our Laboratory to be sure that they do not possess any kind of defects. Here our technicians test the quality, the regularity, the length, and the solidity of our cotton.

This machine verifies that there is no impurity present during the formation of the cloth.

Organic Cotton Infill – Toy / Pillow:

We also do offer 100% certified (GOTS approved) fine Organic cotton infill material (ready-to-use) specially selected from the selective fields to ensure the soft feel, mechanically cleaned for contamination and trash.

The material is available in 100 Kg pressed bales which is suitable for mechanized stuffing and 10 Kg Vacuum packs for manual stuffing for hand made products done at home level. All the packing are done as per GOTS standards.
