His role:

• Looking after the financial management and the marketing aspect of the products.
• In interaction with different persons involved in the Organic trade (buyers, inspectors, farmers…)

Project manager / Coordinator: 

His role:

• Responsible for the management of the project.
• Monitors the “Internal Control System” team (ICS) and verifies that they are performing their responsibilities properly.
• Purchases the cotton from our farmers.

Internal Inspectors: 

Their role:

• Make some un-announced inspection in the fields.
• Check the farming practices regularly. In case of irregularities, they immediately inform the Extension Officer/Supervisor about it and give a warning to the concerned farmer.
• Keep posted about the possible changes of the regulations established for the organic agriculture.

Extension officers: 

Their role:

• Work under the responsibilities of the Project Manager.
• Update the records, inspection of fields and storage areas of the farmers and submit this information to the project manager.
• Give some directions to the Supervisors and checks if they are implementing
• Arrange necessary training program and meeting with the farmers.

Field Supervisor:

Their role:

• Work under the responsibilities of the Extension Officers
• Prepare the map representing the different cultivated area.
• Convey to the Extension Officer the difficulties encountered by the farmers and solve them.
• Arrange farmers meeting.
• Help them to produce organic fertilizers, manures and compost.
