The well being of our workers and their family is a priority. Every day we act to assure them good conditions of living. Thus, we have created a foundation called Mahima Kisan Vikas Simite. It permits to bring them:

• A financial and technical help for building wells, buying seeds, etc..
  
• A free medical aid Such as

  • Arranging free medical check up periodically.
  • Planning to build hospital at Dharanpuri Dist-Dhar Madhya Pradesh.

  
  
• An educational aid and stationeries are provided to children : We are on the process to build new School nearest to our project place. We encourage our farmers to send their children specially girl child to school to provide them a good future.
  
  Finally, we work to restore the equality between man and woman within the Indian society. Thus we make sure that women participate to the decisions taken in term of organic agriculture. We also provide them employment so that they can blossom and support financially their family. Finally, we let them the freedom to manage the Mahima Kisan Vikas Simite foundation, and so act for the well being of all the community.
